Always check with municipality to see if permits are needed


It's better safe than sorry, your utility company may charge you for accidentally slicing a utility wire and the time it may take to get someone out to repair your cable or other utility will be a pain.  First time home buyers may be especially the most vulnerable, so pass this information along.

While their prices tend to be on the upside but if you haven't been there, I think you'll enjoy just browsing just get there EARLY as parking is limited and getting in and out of the Naperville location off of Plank Rd can be a pain.
