SPRING IS IN THE AIR AND OUTDOOR HOME IMPROVEMENTS HAVE BEGUN!

We've all waited a long time for spring to come and that means home improvements are everywhere.

Always remember before you begin any digging, planting, putting up that fence or other outdoor improvements to contact JULIE.

Always check with municipality to see if permits are needed

It's better safe than sorry, your utility company may charge you for accidentally slicing a utility wire and the time it may take to get someone out to repair your cable or other utility will be a pain.  First time home buyers may be especially the most vulnerable, so pass this information along.

If you're looking for that perfect place to find your shrubs, flowers or outdoor decor you may want to check out The Growing Place.

While their prices tend to be on the upside but if you haven't been there, I think you'll enjoy just browsing just get there EARLY as parking is limited and getting in and out of the Naperville location off of Plank Rd can be a pain.

An offer is accepted and once all of the parties have agreed to the price and terms and have signed and dated the contract it now has become a fully executed contract.
